The team

Job description
You’ll follow our in-house design Phill-osophy to translate our clients’ brand identities to their e-commerce platforms. We’re a mobile-first e-commerce agency, designing from the smallest screens and expanding outwards. Mobile is the single most important ecommerce channel so it’s fundamental to all our design tasks. Strong brand aesthetics and engaging UI + UX on mobile devices will always be your priority.
With every design project, we’re focused on finding a balance between aesthetics and conversion. We build everything on Shopify. From the smallest feature to the most advanced digital flagship stores, using data-driven insights to optimise for the best conversion results.
You’ll liaise closely with our development team in various different projects. Your work will range from (re)designing entire stores to individual features, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic throughout.
The Creative department is expanding and becoming a more holistic solution for our clients, working more and more in areas that involve Art Direction, Strategy and Content creation (from stills and animation to film and campaign content). The ideal candidate is someone excited about collaborating with forward thinking fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands. They have a passion for design and technology and are driven by an innovative and creative mentality.

Job requirements
Passion for, knowledge of, and experience in digital design
At least 3 years of work experience on the agency side as a digital designer
UI & UX, and pushing these disciplines for best in class results
Fluent in Figma
Strong in managing your own time and projects
Ecommerce knowledge
Up to date with industry trends and tools
Fluent in English
Additional useful experience
Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro
Graphic Design, Editorial design and/or Art Direction experience
Basic Shopify knowledge
Understand the basic principles of development
