Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to keep our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will be the go-to person for all things finance, supporting our teams with budgeting, invoicing, and overall financial workflows. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will be an essential part of our finance team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between finance, operations, and commercial teams. From setting up and optimizing tools like Productive to building dashboards and reports, your work will empower our teams to stay on track, improve workflows, and make smarter decisions. You will also manage client-facing processes like invoicing and contracts, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
This is a role where you can grow and learn. You do not need years of experience, just a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset and willingness to learn to develop your skills along the way.
Responsibilities
Be the go-to person for financial and budgeting questions, supporting both the team and clients.
Manage company budgets and user access in tools like Productive, JUNI, and Exact.
Collaborate with the Financial Controller on budgets, reports, and financial strategy.
Streamline customer invoicing workflows, working with Product Owners and Heads to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Work closely with the Commercial team to review invoicing, contracts, and other client-facing financial processes.
Analyze productivity, billibility, and output data with the Ops Director using tools like Productive.
Build dashboards and reports that translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
Train and support team members to use tools like Productive for accurate time tracking and project data.
Handle supplier invoices, weekly payments, and cost reconciliation between monthly forecasts and Exact.

Job Requirements
Available 24 hours per week with flexibility in choosing your workdays.
Fluent in Dutch & English
1-3 years of experience in a similar finance administration role
Familiarity with financial tools and software, especially for invoicing and budgeting
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and reporting
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and reliability
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
